VIP Pick-up & Delivery Service is always FREE. There are no hidden charges. You pay the same price for drycleaning & shirt laundering as our in-store clientele.
Two Personalized VIP Laundry Totes will be provided for your dirty garments upon your first use of our service and will be returned to you when we deliver your cleaned and pressed clothing.
Personal Care Instructions can be communicated by attaching a "We Care Instructions" form (download here) to any garment requiring special attention (i.e. grass stain on knee of Levi jeans size 32, coffee on left sleeve of pink Anne Taylor blouse). Or give us a call and our team will take care of the rest.
Our Driver is in Your Neighborhood twice a week. While you tend to your daily routine, we will pick-up and drop off your garments at the location (i.e. garage, breezeway, front door) you designate when you make your first appointment with us.
A Few Garments a Week add up to the $30 per month average that we recommend you spend with us to offset the costs incurred for this service. Though you will never be charged if you cannot meet the minimum guideline in any particular month.
Upon Your Approval we will automatically bill your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card on a monthly basis, eliminating the need for you to pay our driver weekly.
